MEDUSA

MEDUSA is a marine multi-disciplinary permanent monitoring infrastructure, consisting of four buoys located in the Gulf of Pozzuoli at a distance between 1.1 and 2.5 km from the coast at a sea depth ranging from 40 to 100 m. Each buoy is connected by cable to a multi-parametric sensors submarine module positioned on the seabed a few meters from the base of the buoy and equipped with geophysical and oceanographic sensors
